How Does It Work?

People have a great time, and your work is minimized because I've perfected the process, providing an incredible experience you can be proud of. Past groups have said it’s the easiest fundraiser they've ever done! As a stage artist, teacher, speaker and writer, I recognize the value of fundraising with excellence. I'd love the opportunity to partner with you and your amazing organization!
  2. Let's Get Started!
    Creating a winning partnership is the key to a successful fundraiser! Each has a pertinent role to play. The expectations and provisions are clearly outlined here (and a printable version is available below).
  3. Praise HeArt Provides:
    •Promotional graphic •Full event planning •Volunteer training •Ticket sales •All art supplies •Biblical teaching, fun, excitement & "energy"
  4. Organization Provides:
    •A secure venue •Outreach to your supporters •Promotion of the graphic •Volunteer staffing at event •Snack & drink (of your choice) to event participants •Room set up & break down (tasks vary)
  5. Venue And Volunteer Specifics
    •The volunteer ratio is 1 for every 15. Volunteers arrive 90 minutes prior to the start time, for training and set up. Clean up typically takes less than 30 min. •Volunteers stay for cleanup. •Room set up (with chairs and covered tables) should be complete prior to the event. •A microphone should be provided for larger groups. •Some type of music is preferred but not mandatory. •I'll work with you to determine the best possible set up and flow for the space.
  6. Pricing Structure
    As a dreamer of dreams and one who reaches for the stars, I hold fundraising near to my heart. I have gotten myself to Romania, through these fundraisers----it works!!!! Fundraisers serve as opportunities to share your vision, connect to your community, and of course build revenue. It's my honor to stand alongside you. How? I give you HALF of the profit. Yes, half! Really! Here's the breakdown. Tickets are sold for $35 per person (plus a small processing fee that the participant pays). $10 is taken out for COST. This includes art supply "consumables", (such as paints, canvas, etc.) as well as a percentage for "non-consumables" that require replacement (such as easels, brushes, etc.). •The remaining $25 from each ticket, is split! You get $12.50, and I get $12.50. It's that easy. We all get to continue doing the work we love! •A typical organization brings in 50-80 people on a fundraiser paint party. That's $500 - $800 EASY in one day! And people LOVE IT! It's a win/win/win and a proven success time and time again!

Tips and Tricks for a successful event

 Food planning. I recommend not going overboard on food. I've seen many groups create amazing spreads, but remember that this can really cut into your profit margin & workload. Why not try a desserts & coffee buffet (& use a wholesale club for a great deal?)
Or how about a nachos and cheese bar? (Velveeta does wonders in a crockpot).


Freebies. I love to do give-a-ways because it generates so much excitement! Think about how your organization can contribute to a few fun door prizes that'll light up social media with rave reviews of your event! They'll want to come back next time!


Consider a "call to action". Book a follow-up fundraiser prior to the day of your paint party so people will know when the next one is. We can offer a special "today only" deal as a wonderful "thank you" for their continued support.


Encourage your guests to be on time.  In order to respect each others time and the graciousness of the facility, we must start on time.
